Group Captain Y Srinivas (Retd) is a name which had inspired many and had his own struggles, failures and success with big dreams in life. Being from a middle class family from remote place in Bilaspur, Chattisgarh, he didn’t dream big, nor aspired to reach any place because of his brought up and belief system but he had one thing which had made him what he has today, its his great positive attitude and determination.
And once he understood that attitude is everything in life, he continuously worked on it relentlessly without loosing focus and patience and taking a path less travelled. He pledged to transform the lives of people and so started sharing and training people to be successful in life. It is this very urge of helping people and doing something good for the society that inspired him to take the initiative of changing people's lives in the form of "Life-Changing Seminars and Sessions", Neuro linguistic programming and HUNA techniques. He is on a mission to transform 100000 lives by 2025 and free them of 90% of the disease and help them lead a Happy, healthy, successful and disease free life using natural techniques and without any medication
His father was a clerk in railways with two sisters, one elder to him and the other younger. He was brought up in a single bedroom railway accommodation with a asbestos roof and was brought up in a family with great values and ethics. The value system was immaculate and the reason he could take such tough decisions in life so easily and with such confidence is because of his parents who had made him what he is today.
He dreamt of joining IAF since his childhood and he did so in his second attempt. He wanted to leave IAF after 20 years, he put up his papers even at the cost of a very bright career without any hurdles and had all the chances of going up the ladder very easily.
He was always a studious student and was a role model for most of the parents and his friends but he himself was extremely under confident. He could not clear his engineering entrance exam and so he had to join polytechnic. After polytechnic he joined Allahabad Bank as a clerk but resigned it after working for 3 months to pursue his Engineering.
Post engineering he joined his dream job in IAF as a Commissioned Officer. He served the country for 23 years and then took voluntary retirement. His main intention was to explore himself, do something creative and at the same time do service to the society. After working in the corporate sector for 18 months he started a company of his own with the name SKYLAND Facility Management and Consultants Pvt Ltd and started his services to the society by generating jobs and working on few basic ethos and principles.
